The receptionist Anne, is always pleasant, polite, friendly and professional. She makes everyone she encounters welcomed. I come into contact with other receptionist that are flat, dry and unwilling or unable to smile.

My only complaint is that the bed, especially the pillows, wasn’t great. My sleep was not particularly restful. Other than that, it was a great stay. Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating!

Beautiful lobby and great kitchen/cafe. Easy access to parking lot from our room. Nice room.

Liked the fact that when I checked in and my room had not been seen my housekeeping that the front end upgraded me to another room without me asking for it. Great customer service. No hazzle.
